Arthur Lyman

Arthur Lyman has extensive experience in leadership and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Shop Foreman at ALKAR-RapidPak, Inc. since May 2019, Lyman previously held various roles at Oshkosh Defense from November 2009 to August 2018, including managing welders for the JLTV Cab Weld program and coordinating the consolidation of FMTV Cab Weld operations. Lyman also worked as a Team Coordinator for heavy chassis lines and began their career as an operator. Earlier positions include serving as Table Games Shift Manager at Harrah's Iowa and as Pit Boss for table games at Harrah's Entertainment Limited. Lyman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
