In this role, Ashley leads a team of over 150 frontline employees across 37 sites in 13 countries, focusing on performance excellence and organizational scalability. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Senior Manager of Global Customer Service at Unifrax I LLC from January 2020 to January 2022, where significant improvements in customer service processes and satisfaction were achieved. Ashley’s career also includes notable roles at Stellar Materials, LLC, including Director of Communications and Marketing Manager, where marketing strategies and internal communications were effectively developed and implemented. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
