Fred Lybrand

Fred Lybrand serves as the Vice President & General Manager of Alkegen Industrial Filtration, a role held since 2025, following a tenure as President of Filter Holdings in 2024. Prior to these positions, Fred held various leadership roles in the filtration and water treatment industries, including General Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose from 2017 to 2024 and CEO of Elmarco from 2008 to 2017. Fred's early career includes significant roles at Parish Capital Advisors, Unitive, Inc., Wachovia Securities, and Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. Fred holds a BA in Biology and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
