Dewanshu Rai

Dewanshu Rai currently serves as Senior General Manager at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., overseeing the HR and Admin functions of the Plant since April 2016. Prior experience at Alkem includes roles as GM - HR, managing HR functions across multiple plants and the R&D Centre in Navi Mumbai, and as DGM - HR, providing support to HR at various manufacturing facilities. Additionally, Dewanshu held the position of Senior Manager - Corporate HR, leading HR initiatives for the Sikkim Plants. Dewanshu holds a PMIR degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from LN Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, as well as a SSC degree from Gyaneshwari High School.
