Lerato Tshabalala is an accomplished project manager currently working at Alkemi Collective since January 2023, previously holding the role of junior project manager. Prior to this, Lerato served as a theatre/film director and visual communicator at Lera Media and Productions from March 2021 to January 2023, and as a junior account creative at Breakout Africa for a brief period in 2021. Lerato's background also includes experience as a drama teacher at Confident Kids from April 2019 to March 2021. Lerato holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Culture Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Arts from the same institution. Additionally, Lerato possesses a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Johannesburg.
