Manager, customer onboarding at Alkemics

Angela Amaya has worked for a number of companies since 2009. Angela began their career as an Assistante web (stage) at JobinLive in 2009. In 2011, they worked as an Assistante chef de projets at wineandco and as a Commercial Account Manager at Rakuten. From 2013 to 2019, they were the COO & Co-founder at DressingLab. In 2019, they joined Alkemics - now part of Salsify - and held the roles of Manager, customer onboarding, Customer Operations Manager, and Customer Operations Specialist.

Angela Amaya received their Master de négociation internationale from Aix-Marseille University between 2009 and 2011. Her field of study was Techniques de négociation.
