Federica Lambicchi

Federica Lambicchi has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Federica began their career as an intern at EY, where they worked on a Master's thesis project focused on designing a risk management model for the EY Risk Advisory Group. After completing their internship, they became a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in supply chain and operations consulting for the consumer products and retail industry. Federica successfully led projects for a multinational French retailer, providing support in areas such as commercial strategy implementation, project monitoring, and KPI analysis. In 2018, Federica joined Vodafone as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, responsible for leading the relaunch of the Mobile Broadband & Fixed Wireless Access Portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their main responsibilities included overseeing the entire supply chain, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and monitoring sales performance. Federica also served as the P&L owner for the business. Most recently, in 2021, Federica joined Alkemy enabling evolution as the Marketing, Strategy & Alliances Director.

Federica Lambicchi attended SDA Bocconi in 2021 for the Vodafone Marketing Academy but did not obtain a degree. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, specializing in Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale. During the same period, they also pursued an International Master in Industrial Management at MIP Politecnico di Milano. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Management from both MIP Politecnico di Milano and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2014 and 2015, they also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Management from Heriot-Watt University.

Prior to their master's degrees, Federica Lambicchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2010 and 2013. Federica completed their high school education at Liceo scientifico Einstein from 2005 to 2010, obtaining a High School Diploma.
