Cheryl Sambuco

Cheryl Sambuco, PMP®, is a seasoned project management and process engineering professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer-OSD at Alkermes since October 2023, Cheryl has previously held significant roles such as Product Development Manager at Integra Beauty and Technical Program Manager III at Silfex, Inc., where responsibilities included R&D, product management, and supplier development. Cheryl's career began at Roxane Laboratories, where a series of promotions led to positions in both analytical development and quality control. Cheryl is actively engaged in local professional groups to enhance networking and stay updated on industry innovations. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Ohio University and obtained Project Management Professional certification in February 2018.
