Irina Kozorez

Irina Kozorez is an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial data operations, client success, and business analysis. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Data Operations & Optimization at Alkermes, Irina has previously held several leadership roles at SHYFT Analytics, including Associate Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities included mentoring, requirements gathering, and enhancing QA standards. Earlier roles at Genzyme as a Senior Business Process Analyst and at Putnam Investments as an Investment Operations Analyst highlight Irina's expertise in financial data consolidation, process improvement, and analytical reporting. Irina earned a BSBA in Finance/MIS from Northeastern University and an MBA in Strategy from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
