Tony Trafecanty

Tony Trafecanty is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of Finance at Alkermes since October 2017, Tony has previously held positions including Accounting Manager and Senior Cost Accountant at the same company. Prior to Alkermes, Tony worked at Stratus Technologies from January 2015 to October 2017 as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant, focusing on cost reconciliation and inventory management. Additional experience includes an Accounts Receivable Analyst position at Wayfair and a Service Order Billing Quality Assurance Analyst role at Granite Telecommunications. Tony began a career in finance with an Internal Audit internship at Liberty International. A graduate of Roger Williams University, Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
