Abrar Ahmed

Abrar Ahmed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and non-profit sectors. Since March 1994, Abrar has served as the Chief Executive Officer of SRC Pvt Ltd. Additionally, as of January 2023, Abrar holds the position of Vice President Microfinance at Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, which focuses on various social causes such as health and education. Abrar has been a Trustee for Green Crescent Trust since January 1995, contributing to educational initiatives for underprivileged children in Sindh. In March 2003, Abrar became a Board Member of AFAQ, which aims to enhance the education system in Pakistan. As Vice President of Defence Welfare Society since January 2015, Abrar promotes vocational training for financially challenged youth. Abrar also held key positions in the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association, serving as President and Vice President, and was an Executive Board Member at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Abrar earned a BBA in Marketing, Finance, and Operations from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, between 1990 and 1992.
