Zeeshan Hussain

Zeeshan Hussain has a diverse work experience in the field of pathology and research. Zeeshan is currently serving as the Chief Pathologist at Alkhidmat Karachi, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Zeeshan worked as an Assistant Professor at Hamdard University, starting in February 2022. Zeeshan also held the position of Consultant Pathologist at Sindh Rangers Hospital from September 2016 to November 2021. Before that, Zeeshan worked as a Staff Pathologist at Chughtai Lab from March 2016 to October 2019. Zeeshan'scareer started at the National Institute of Blood Disease & Bone Marrow Transplantation (NIBD) in 2012, where they worked as a PhD Scholar in Hematology until August 2016. Zeeshan began their professional journey as a Research Officer at Omair Sana Foundation in January 2007, a role they held until December 2012.

Zeeshan Hussain completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Dow Medical College. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Hematological Pathology Residency Program at the National Institute of Blood Disease & BMT, where they studied from 2013 to 2021. In 2022, they attended Hamdard University and earned a Certificate in Medical Education (CHPE) with a focus on Medical Education.
