Ghassan bin Nasser

Ghassan Bin Nasser, SHRM, currently serves as the Global HR and Compliance Director at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company since February 2022, following roles as Global HRBP Director and Global Human Resources Business Partner Manager. Prior to this, Ghassan held the position of Human Resources Director at NAMMA CARGO SERVICES CO LTD from June 2014 to February 2022, where key responsibilities included implementing strategic HR projects and overseeing the recruitment process. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager - KSA at NAMMA and Human Resource Supervisor at Nesma Holding Co., with foundational roles at Al-Bir Society, IKEA Group, and The National Commercial Bank in various support service capacities. Ghassan obtained a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from King AbdulAziz University.
