Workday Hcm Recruiting Manager at ALKU

Emma White started at ALKU as a Recruiting Intern in December 2016. She became a full-time Workday Recruiter in June 2017. She has achieved personal success, making ALKU’s Founder’s Club trip in both 2018 and 2019, as well sharing her knowledge by working as a mentor for interns and full-time employees.

Emma has been a core contributor to the Workday culture. She strikes a great balance between keeping things light and keeping things accountable. Emma’s balanced approach makes her someone her teammates feel comfortable confiding in and working alongside. She often leads the charge with team building activities and listening to/sharing other employees’ ideas.

Since she started with ALKU, Emma has always shown promise as a leader. In the past year and a half, she has established herself as such. Emma went from being the person that new recruiters look up to, to being the person new and more senior team members go to for guidance, advice, and collaboration. Emma is willing to put herself outside of her comfort zone and try new things that require courage.

As Workday HCM Recruiting Manager, Emma leads the charge for training and developing all current and new recruiters in the Workday HCM division. She is involved in decision making and strategic planning initiatives for her team and the company.
