Jon Kujala

Jon has over ten years of experience in the technology consulting industry. Prior to joining ALKU, Jon gained extensive knowledge throughout his career as a specialized IT Recruiter. Jon joined ALKU in 2009, as its first official recruiter. Jon’s hard work and success led him to the role of Director of Recruiting. As the Director of Recruiting at ALKU, Jon is responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing all recruiting strategy and processes across all divisions. Jon also helps to streamline the process and communication between ALKU’s recruiting groups and operations team. It is his easygoing, positive attitude that has made him a valuable part of ALKU and its culture.
