Micaela Damiano

Since being promoted to manager, Micaela has done everything possible to put the people she works with on the right path to success. She is a huge ambassador of ALKU’s culture and brings positivity to everyone she interacts with. She is always willing to go out of her way for people within the groups she works with, as well as for people throughout the company. She is a role model to others who want to be in leadership and always leads by example through her actions.

Micaela was a crucial part of three of ALKU’s start-ups and split offs with the Workday, ServiceNow, and Workday Financials groups. She has continued to develop exceptional leaders after years of creating desk-level recruiting machines. She has taken on any challenge with open arms and has thrived in the position of developing recruiters into recruiting managers. With this and much more, ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of Micaela Damiano to Director of ERP Recruiting.

As Director of ERP Recruiting, Micaela is responsible for the oversight of Recruiting within Workday HCM, Workday Financials, ServiceNow, and Oracle divisions. She will develop and work with Recruiting managers in these areas and plays a large part of the recruiting operations within these groups and ALKU as a whole.
