Alex Feldman, MBA, PSM, PSPO has extensive experience in the field of technology. Alex has held various roles in the industry since 2004.

In 2004, they began their career as an Analyst at CGI Federal where they maintained and enhanced a java web application that was responsible for tracking government’s vendors. Alex also added functionality to the software integration products that are part of a solution suite for the public sector using the WebMethods application.

In 2006, they moved to Lehman Brothers where they were a Developer. Alex was responsible for migrating a risk management system from Europe to the US and integrating it with the prime service synthetic product. Alex also worked with the front office traders to design specific reports which they used to hedge the risk.

In 2008, they joined Barclays Capital as an Assistant Vice President. Alex led an international team of five in creating and enhancing client reports for Prime Services Synthetic offering. Alex also created a compliant data warehouse for client reports and transferred the current reporting infrastructure to it, creating historical versioning for all reports. Alex also headed a company-wide migration of reports from Actuate to Business Objects/Crystal solution, reducing report creation from three weeks to one day.

In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of CrowdsUnite. Alex designed and built the MVP website using WordPress and led a cross-functional international team of two engineers and three salespeople to build the largest review site for alternative funding in the world. Alex also worked with a local design firm and offshore developer to build a prefunding platform that increased the chance of campaign success after talking to hundreds of campaign owners and figuring out where the main difficulties occur. Alex also created the largest NYC crowdfunding meetup group of over 2000 members.

In 2014, they joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Technical Project Manager. Alex led a cross-functional team of UX designers and engineers to deliver a modern and interactive user experience that replaced a 15-year-old equity swap application. Alex was also actively involved in all the stages of a project including proposal planning, resource allocations, SOW preparations, installation of the product, delivery and support. Alex managed the day-to-day of project delivery involving gathering requirements from clients, breaking them down, prioritizing and assigning them to the delivery team. Alex also conducted daily Stand-Ups with the delivery team to check progress of work, help resolve any issues and plan future work.

In 2019, they joined WorkFusion as a Delivery Manager. Alex was actively involved in all the stages of the project including proposal planning, resource allocations, SOW preparations, installation of the product, delivery and support. Alex managed the day-to-day of project delivery involving gathering requirements from clients, breaking them down, prioritizing and assigning them to the delivery team. Alex also conducted daily Stand-Ups with the delivery team to check progress of work, help resolve any issues and plan future work.

In 2020, they joined Altitude Consulting Services as a Principal.

Most recently, in 2021, they joined Alkymi as a Senior Solutions Architect and a Data Solutions Architect.

Alex Feldman holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business (2009-2012) with a focus in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (2000-2004). In 2016-2018, they attended the Wexner Heritage Program for Jewish Learning and Leadership Development. Alex has also obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including StackSkills, LinkedIn, Scrum.org, Product School, and Automation Academy by WorkFusion.
