Zaw Htet

Zaw Htet has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Zaw most recently worked at Alkymi as a Senior Backend Engineer starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Backend Engineer at ChowNow from July 2022 to December 2022.

Before transitioning to the tech industry, Zaw Htet served as a Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Developer at Anchor Loans LP from 2014 to 2022.

Zaw Htet's earlier career includes roles as a Stage Technician at The Ruth B Shannon Center for Performing Arts from September 2011 to May 2014 and as a Computer Technician at Information Technology Services Whittier College from September 2012 to September 2013, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems.

Additionally, Zaw Htet worked as a Programmer at Author's Boutique in June 2013, where they operated and maintained websites, developed a plugin, and ensured server performance under high traffic.

Zaw Htet completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Whittier College from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Basic Education High School No.1 Dagon in Yangon, Myanmar from 1998 to 2008, where they obtained a Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Build, Train, and Deploy ML Pipelines using BERT" and "Analyze Datasets and Train ML Models using AutoML" from Coursera in August 2021 and July 2021 respectively. Zaw also completed the Deep Learning Nanodegree Program from Udacity in April 2018.
