Prior to this role, Onika held various positions at All About Children Day Nurseries, including Head of Childcare and Education. Onika also has experience as a Room Leader and Qualified Nursery Practitioner at CfBT Education Services. Onika started their career as an Apprentice at The Manor Tree Group and later earned a Foundation Degree in Early Years Practice from Buckinghamshire New University.
