Jason Tenpas

Jason Tenpas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career in 2000 as a Componnent Technician at Richco Structures. In 2002, they briefly worked as a Project Engineer at F.H. Paschen. From 2003 to 2013, Jason worked at RRK Associates, Ltd. where they served as a Roofing Consultant and Project Manager. During this time, they managed roof replacement projects of varying sizes, conducted inspections, and provided quality assurance services. In 2013, they joined All American Exterior Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in low slope high-performance roofing and sheet metal installations. Jason later held positions as a Senior Project Executive and currently serves as the Vice President - Commercial, a role they have held since 2023.

Jason Tenpas attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management.
