Lauren Novak

Lauren Novak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in frontline strategy and health safety management. Since May 2017, Lauren has served as the Senior Director of Frontline Strategy & Commercial Solutions at Sodexo, focusing on employee attraction, engagement, and retention within the healthcare segment. Lauren has a diverse background, having held various positions such as Director of Frontline Strategy, Senior Manager of Environment Health Safety, and Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to joining Sodexo, Lauren contributed as an Intern in Corporate Responsibility at Communication Leadership Network and as a Communications and Programs Officer at Maata-N-Tudu. Lauren holds multiple relevant degrees, including a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
