Paul Ruderman

Paul joined All American Healthcare Services as CEO in 2017 after two decades leading healthcare and technology companies in both startup and mature phases. Prior to All American, Paul co-founded and was COO of LiveProcess, a leading healthcare emergency management software company. He ran the company’s day-to-day operations, building the company into the leading provider of emergency management enterprise applications for healthcare facilities nationwide.

Paul partnered with Ron Bhavnani to acquire All American Healthcare to expand the company’s reach nationally. Paul’s philosophy for growth is built on two cornerstones: hiring the best people available and providing them with the latest, most effective techniques to help them be more productive and happier in their jobs. The company’s mission is simple… to provide the best-in-class staffing solution in the healthcare industry.

Paul is also an accomplished musician, a budding podcaster, a runner, an animal rights activist, and most importantly a father of twin boys in Montclair, NJ.
