Damaris Rolon

Damaris Rolon has over a decade of experience in healthcare and community outreach. Currently serving as a Marketer and Sales Liaison at All American Homecare Agency since January 2022, Damaris previously held roles at Esperanza Health Center from August 2011 to November 2022, including Care Manager and Community Health Worker (CHW), where responsibilities involved promoting positive health behaviors, facilitating health insurance enrollment, and providing home visitation services for patient transitions from hospital to home. Damaris also worked as a Clerical Assistant. Damaris holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Destiny College International and possesses a background in General Studies from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls and the Community College of Philadelphia.
