Ron Wille

Ron Wille serves as President and COO of All American Marine, Inc since September 2018, following a significant tenure at Kenai Fjords Tours from 2003 to April 2018, where the role of General Manager included operating a fleet of 12 passenger vessels focused on wildlife and glacier tours. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Coordinator and Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing a seasonal staff of 75. Earlier career experience at Anderson Tug and Barge involved work as Vessel Master/Mate, specializing in tug operations and commercial towing. Ron Wille holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Oakland University and is a licensed USCG Merchant Mariner - 200 Ton Master/Mate.
