Megan Lutz

Megan Lutz has a diverse work experience in various roles related to technology, operations, and business analysis. Megan currently serves as the Director of Technology Operations at All Chicago Making Homelessness History, where they lead the internal technology team and implements technology-based solutions to drive operational efficiency. Previously, Megan worked as a Salesforce Administrator at All Chicago Making Homelessness History and Community Animal Rescue Effort C.A.R.E., where they configured and maintained Salesforce CRM systems. Megan also volunteered as a pro bono consultant, utilizing their Salesforce skills to develop and maintain CRM systems for nonprofit operations. Furthermore, Megan worked as a Merchandising Technology Manager at IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions, where they utilized their business analysis skills to deliver merchandising technology and retail analytics for Fortune 200 clients. Their earlier work experience includes roles at Crate and Barrel, where they served as a Lead Business Systems Analyst, Creative Systems and Process Analyst, and Production Manager, implementing workflow and digital asset management systems and overseeing production processes.

Megan Lutz holds a Bachelor's degree in Music, Business, and Technology from New York University. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Double Star Ranger from Salesforce in October 2022, FormAssembly Certification from FormAssembly in October 2021, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in July 2020, and Notary Public from the State of Illinois in May 2019.
