D.R. Couch has held multiple roles in the real estate industry since 1999. Starting at Sabre Holdings as a Project Manager, they then moved to Bank of America as an AVP MLO - Servicing Team Manager in 2006. In 2011, they joined Keller Williams Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent, and in 2014, they moved to Charitable Realty as a Realtor. Currently, they are the DFW Market Manager and Realtor for All City Real Estate, where they are responsible for managing operations, recruiting, and on-boarding for their luxury real estate division. D.R. is skilled at contract negotiations, reo, and foreclosure processes, and has experience in both commercial and residential sales.

D.R. Couch attended Keller High School from 1995 to 1997. D.R. then attended Tarrant County College from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, D.R. Couch attended Sam Houston State University from 2010 to 2011.
