Stephon Smith

Stephon Smith is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in both the entertainment and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a referee for All Elite Wrestling since February 2022, Stephon previously held a similar position at WWE from October 2019 to September 2021, where match operations and audience engagement were key responsibilities. Between October 2021 and June 2023, Stephon worked as a Software Engineer at Echelon Fitness Multimedia, LLC. Prior to the entertainment industry, significant expertise was demonstrated at Humana from December 2013 to October 2019, where various roles, including Network Operations Coordinator 4, encompassed the administration of physician and medical facility contracts across North Carolina and other regions. Stephon holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Sociology/Anthropology from Towson University, attended Frostburg State University, and briefly studied at the University of Central Florida in 2020.
