Rachel Hardy

Rachel Hardy worked as a Human Resources Director at All Finish Concrete, Inc. from July 2019 to present. Prior to that, they held the same position at Master Construction Co. Inc. from January 2014 to July 2019.

Rachel Hardy received their first Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Mary from 2002 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, Rachel obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Human Resources Management and Services from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Prior to these degrees, Rachel also earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Jamestown from 1994 to 1997.
