Tony Kruse is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at All Flex Solutions since June 2023, Tony previously held the role of Principal Process Engineer at Minco Products, Inc. from June 1995 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing various manufacturing processes such as wire processing, welding, and laser cutting. Additionally, Tony held positions as Sensors Production/Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on the design and manufacturability of temperature sensors, and as Student Production Engineer, where the emphasis was on automating production processes. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering, earned in June 1999.
