Melvin Valentine serves as the Associate Director of Learning Experience at All For Kids since August 2019, overseeing training strategy for over 500 employees in a non-profit organization with $57 million in annual funding. This role involves ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards, as well as leading Elevate University, where Melvin designed executive training programs and collaborated with the Chief Diversity & People Officer. Previously, Melvin held various positions at All For Kids, including Sr. Manager of Learner Experience, where training programs were developed to align with business objectives, and Manager of Learner Experience, focusing on e-learning and virtual content design. Before joining All For Kids, Melvin spent nearly 19 years at Verizon Wireless, ultimately serving as Senior Sales Trainer and earning recognition as "Most Valuable Trainer" in 2018. Melvin's educational background includes ongoing studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Louisiana State University, an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Los Angeles Harbor College, and a Learning & Development Certification from Academy to Innovate HR.
