Mssw Patty Zukas Lmsw

Patty Zukas, MSSW, LMSW, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Social Worker at Heart to Heart Hospice since June 2018, where assessments for psychosocial needs and support are provided in the inpatient hospice unit. Previously, Patty held the position of Adoption Specialist at All God's Children International from September 2017 to December 2023, focusing on adoption home study reports and transitional support for international adoption families. Patty's earlier roles include Substitute Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, Adjunct Professor at North Central College, and Supervisor at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where management of caseworkers in a legal conservatorship unit was a primary responsibility. Patty Zukas obtained a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1999, following a Bachelor of Social Work from the same institution in 1993.
