Chloe Forman is an experienced humanitarian professional with a focus on disaster response and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Response at All Hands and Hearts since December 2019, Chloe has held multiple roles including Global Response Manager and DART Specialist, where responsibilities included managing international response processes, assessing humanitarian impacts of severe weather events, and coordinating disaster assessments. With a background in construction site management for Habitat for Humanity and extensive volunteer work across 19 countries, Chloe has honed skills in stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and program management. Additionally, Chloe's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University and The University of Auckland.
