Katie Kerekes

Katie Kerekes is an experienced professional in disaster response and climate action, currently serving as the Climate Action and Resiliency Program Manager at CORE since February 2023. Kerekes has held various roles in organizations such as All Hands and Hearts as both a Disaster Response Specialist and Volunteer Coordination Manager. Previous positions include Program Officer at Medical Teams International and volunteer coordination roles at Chronic Wellness Collective and All Hands Volunteers. Kerekes holds two master's degrees from the University of Oregon in Conflict and Dispute Resolution and Nonprofit Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
