Zane Steves Maol

Zane Steves has extensive experience in emergency management and operations, currently serving in a Resiliency and Operations role at All Hands Consulting since September 2023. Previous positions include Director of Emergency Management at Jogan Health, Business Development & Contracts Manager at Krucial Staffing, and an Emergency Management Reservist with BCFS Health & Human Services. Zane has also held leadership roles as CEO/Chief Resilience Officer while self-employed and as Regional Emergency Coordinator at GSA. A background in the U.S. Coast Guard provided experience in search and rescue and operations, complemented by a role as Emergency Management Coordinator for the Kansas Division of Emergency Management. Educational credentials include a PhD in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security from Liberty University, supplemented by a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Baker University, and a Bachelor’s in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University.
