Andrew Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andrew started their career at Marketsmart as a Sales Associate from August 2010 to September 2011. Andrew then joined Build.com as a Product Data Specialist from April 2012 to May 2013. Andrew went on to work at Milestone Technologies, Inc. as a Contact Center Agent from October 2013 to March 2015. Andrew then joined Jawbone, where they held various positions. Firstly, they worked as a Customer Specialist - Operations, handling tasks like Salesforce and Five9 CRM administration, as well as managing inventory levels from March 2016 to April 2016. Andrew then worked as a Customer Advocate, managing escalated customers, handling technical support and social media management, starting from April 2015.
