Andréia Gadioli is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in leadership and training initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership and Learning Specialist at Great Canadian Entertainment, Andréia successfully launched a leadership program in collaboration with Harvard ManageMentor, achieving over 1,100 graduations in five months and managing the company's recognition program. Prior roles include working at Resorts World Las Vegas, where Andréia was instrumental in the opening of a $4.3 billion property and managed Learning Management Systems for compliance training, onboarding, and the overall learning calendar.
