Eric Hamilton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at The Picture People in 2003 and later became a Store Manager at Brookstone from 2004 to 2007. Eric then worked as a Direct Care Professional at Quality Living Solutions from 2007 to 2010 and again in 2014.

In 2010, Eric joined Indiana University as a Research Assistant and Assistant to the Directors, a role they held till 2010. Eric continued working at Indiana University in different positions, including Administrative Assistant Office Manager from 2011 to 2014, Graduate Research Assistant / Assistant to the Directors in 2012, and Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2012 to 2013.

From 2014 to 2017, Eric worked at IUPUI as a Senior Administrative Secretary, where they were responsible for various administrative duties, managing budgets and accounts, as well as supporting faculty and student programs.

Eric then transitioned to the role of Grant Fiscal Specialist at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2017 and worked in this position until 2021.

Most recently, Eric joined CAI in 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator.

Eric Hamilton's education history includes a Master's Degree in U.S. History from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the same institution, attending from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eric has also obtained certifications in the field of eSignature administration and performance-based hiring. Eric became a DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist in March 2023 and completed the Performance-Based Hiring certification offered by LinkedIn in August 2022.
