Smit Singh

Smit Singh serves as the Principal Advisor to the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Food Processing, contributing public policy advice and research-backed inputs. In addition, Smit holds the position of National Head (Sports) for the All India Professionals' Congress and has been a prominent athlete on the Indian National Shooting Team since 2007, achieving significant accolades such as the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Award and multiple international medals. Smit has extensive experience in public policy, having served as an advisor for the Government of Punjab and leading initiatives to address economic and agricultural challenges. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Oxford and degrees from Delhi University and Hansraj College.
