Joe Peplinski

Joe Peplinski has a wealth of experience in various leadership positions within the materials and sourcing industry. Joe most recently served as the Vice President of Materials at AIS-All Integrated Solutions. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Sales and Purchasing at Class C Components, Inc. Joe also has significant experience with the Wurth Group, where they served as the Vice President of Materials at Wurth Adams and the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Wurth Industry North America. Additionally, they have served as the VP of Operations at Beacon Fasteners and Components, Inc. and the VP of Materials at Heads & Threads International. Joe's experience includes successfully managing large-scale procurement processes, implementing strategic sourcing strategies, and improving inventory management while fostering strong supplier relationships.
