Jackie Valenti is a versatile professional with extensive experience in culinary arts and marketing. Currently, Jackie serves as a Cook Book Author, having recently published the first book in a series titled "Cooking Kept Me Sane." In addition, Jackie holds the position of Multi Media Marketing Manager at Richner Communications, Inc., and serves as Sales Manager at All Island Media, Inc. Jackie is the Owner of Jacquelines Baked Goods, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and previously worked as a Pastry Chef at Tellers Chophouse. Jackie’s background includes a role as Administration Assistant to the CFO at Amco Plastic Materials and as International Sales Manager at Telebyte Technology Inc. Academically, Jackie earned a BA in Communications from Pace University and trained as a Professional Chef/Pastry Chef at the Culinary Academy of Long Island.
