Ana Alipat has a decade of work experience in Human Resources. Ana began their career in 2010 as an Online English Tutor at RareJob Philippines, Inc. Ana then moved to SM Group of Companies as a Human Resources Assistant in 2011. In 2012, they became a Corporate Recruiter at Transcom Worldwide Philippines. In 2014, they joined Eversun Software Philippines Corporation as a Human Resources Officer. In 2017, they started working at Voiceless Technologies in the same role. In 2018, they took on two roles, first as a Human Resources Officer at PHINMA Education, and then as an HR Head/Officer at ABC360. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager at All I.T.
Ana Alipat obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology- Business Management from the University of the Philippines (Visayas) between 2007 and 2011. In 2015, they went on to obtain their Masters of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from West Visayas State University, which they completed in 2019.
