Alejandra Zalazar

Alejandra Zalazar is an experienced consultant and psychologist, specializing in custom training interventions for corporate wellness, talent management, and effective communication. Since October 1993, Alejandra has operated as a freelance consultant while also serving as a psychologist for the female professional team at Club Atlético Defensores de Belgrano since February 2024. Alejandra holds multiple educational qualifications, including a degree in Psychology and a degree in Teaching Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis, and further studies focused on quality management in health services and sports psychology. Additionally, Alejandra has held various teaching and leadership roles in sports-related educational institutions and organizations, including serving as the President of the Sports Chapter for ALL LADIES LEAGUE since April 2021.
