Esther Niharika Clifton

Esther Niharika Clifton has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Business Partner at AYS and later at HRCentric Solutions Pvt Ltd. In 2018, they became a Certified Mindset Transformation Coach and NLP Master Trainer. Esther Niharika then co-founded the Indian Board of Mind & Life Transformation, where they served as a Mindset Transformation Coach and NLP Master Trainer. Esther Niharika also held roles as a Speaker and Member at the Professional Speakers Association of India and a Founding Member and Transformation Coach at the India Coaching Federation. In 2021, they joined ALL LADIES LEAGUE as President Maharashtra for Education Policy and became a Life Member and Speaker at the Indian Society for Training & Development. In 2022, they assumed the role of Vice President - Maharashtra Training & Development at the WICCI, Maharashtra Training & Development Council, and Head Membership-Mumbai Chapter at the Professional Speakers Association India. Esther Niharika Clifton has a diverse educational background. Esther Niharika completed their high school education (HSC, SSC) at Christ Church Girls Sen.Sec School in Jabalpur, where they focused on the science field. Afterwards, they attended Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a specialization in Zoology/Animal Biology.

Furthering their education, Esther pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on HR at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they attended St. Aloysius College in Jabalpur, where they earned a B.Sc degree. Esther Niharika'sstudies at St. Aloysius College encompassed Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.

In addition to their formal education, Esther has also obtained various certifications. Esther Niharika is a Certified CBT Practitioner and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, both from IBHNLP. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Law of Attraction Practitioner from JOE A VITALE. Esther has also achieved the designation of Certified NLP Master Trainer from IBHNLP. Lastly, they have an International Coach Certification as a Certified Transformation Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
