Kaye Riguer

Kaye Riguer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, empowerment, and marketing. Currently serving as a Resource Group Member at the North Atlantic Institute for Sustainable Fishing since June 2024, Kaye contributes to advancing knowledge and fostering sustainable coastal communities in Norway. As a Global Partner at Women Empowered Global, active since October 2018, Kaye engages in empowering female professionals through forums, speaking engagements, and mentoring. Kaye has held multiple roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts since August 2011, including Interactive Marketing Specialist and Search Engine Marketing Associate, focusing on marketing strategies across various regions. Kaye also chairs the Philippines chapter of ALL Ladies League and serves as a Global Ambassador for SHE IS Foundation, which aims to uplift women in Latin America. Kaye began a degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutions Management from the University of the Philippines.
