Risa Gogoi

Risa Gogoi serves as the National President of the Agri Commodity Council at the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since September 2023. Concurrently, Risa holds the position of Regional Chairperson at G100: Mission Million and Assam State Chairperson for Export & Credit at All Ladies League, both since March 2022. Risa has been the State President of Assam for the MSME & Startups Forum since December 2021 and the CEO and Managing Director of Risago Agrovine Pvt Ltd since April 2019, focusing on supporting farmers with training and organic farming initiatives. In addition, Risa works as Deputy Manager of International Business Development at Tradeasia International Pvt. Limited since April 2017. Risa was previously the President of Meraki Foundation Cooperative Society and a Co-Founder/CEO of Risago Chemicals India Pvt Ltd. Earlier career experience includes working as a Chemical Process Engineer at Coromandel International Limited. Risa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Sathyabama University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Swiss School of Business and Management.
