Shahwar Shohrat has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across multiple sectors focused on empowerment and support for women and artisans. As International Director and Trustee at the World Association of Women Warriors, Shahwar champions women's multifaceted enablement in areas like health and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and Director of India Talent Treasure Trust, Shahwar enhances the livelihoods of artisans and safeguards endangered handicrafts. Additionally, as CEO of THE LUXE STORY, operational excellence is prioritized. In leadership roles at the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including National President and State President, Shahwar drives impactful changes for women in business.
