Guerrino Ruta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and healthcare recruitment industries. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Franchisee at All Med Search since January 2021 and President of Falco Group LLC since November 2020, Guerrino has a strong focus on multi-channel recruitment. Previous roles include Regional Vice President at Ruby Tuesday, CEO of Casual Concepts, and various executive positions at Ruby Tuesday, where Guerrino managed multiple locations. Guerrino also held the position of Vice President of Restaurant Operations at The Italian Oven, Inc. Guerrino holds a degree from Duquesne University.
