Satoko Arima

Satoko Arima currently serves as a manager at All Nippon Airways since April 2015, focusing on decarbonization and corporate planning to achieve Net Zero in the aviation industry by 2050. Previously, Satoko held roles as an assistant manager in the Ground Handling Contracts Division, facilitating contracts between international airlines and ANA, and as a load controller handling overseas airlines’ load control. Early career experiences include ground staff duties for customer service insights, an internship with Arimahokodo Co., Ltd. in social networking, and volunteering with the Japan Cultural Communication Center of Washington. Additional internships at Fran's Chocolates involved marketing analysis, client data management, and customer service comparisons between Japan and the U.S. Satoko earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Strategy from Kobe University and has also studied international business and political science/marketing at other institutions.
