All of You Therapy, LLC is a group psychotherapy practice located in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia.  We work in person (masked) as well as virtually with clients all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  We are an attachment and trauma informed therapy practice working with children, teens, young adults, parents and families.  We utilize a variety of relational and experiential modalities to get to the roots of your problems rather than just focusing on managing symptoms.  We do this through utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT).
