Jessica Sager

Jessica Sager is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of All Our Kin, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to training and supporting community child care providers in Connecticut and New York City. Under Jessica's leadership, All Our Kin invests in early education by enhancing the skills of child care providers. Additionally, Jessica serves as a lecturer at Yale University, co-teaching a seminar on child care, society, and public policy. Previous experience includes positions as a summer associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and legal internships at the Center for Law and Social Policy and New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, where research focused on child welfare and access to education. Prior to entering the legal field, Jessica directed student-written plays in public schools through the Teachers & Writers Collaborative. Jessica holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA from Barnard College.
